LOADING PROCEDURE

  1. Back trailer into water until front support V is partially submerged.
  2. Place vehicle in park and apply emergency brake.
  3. Place blocks under towing vehicle wheels to help prevent further vehicle movement.
  4. Pull winch cable out until about 6” to 10” is extended.
  5. Put winch into lock position.
  6. Drive boat onto trailer carefully until the bow touches V stop on winch stand. Front guides will automatically center boat on trailer. Rear uprights, if adjusted properly, will momentarily align stern.
  7. Fasten winch cable snap hook to towing eye on boat and wind in cable until sung. Visually check alignment of boat and trailer.
  8. Pull the trailer and boat from the water with towing vehicle until on level ground clear of boat ramp.
  9. Make sure boat is positioned correctly on trailer.
  10. Boat must fit securely in the V bow stop on winch stand. Perform all other tie down steps necessary for safe trailering.
